Simulink refactor for a Tier-1
A powertrain controller model cleaned, documented, and brought under a modelling standard the client’s team could keep.

Challenge
Years of feature adds had left a Simulink model that only two people dared to touch. SIL tests were sparse. A production gate was six months out.
Approach
We refactored in slices, wrote a short modelling standard, and built SIL tests around the interfaces rather than the internals — so the client’s engineers could keep shipping features.
Result
Controller model accepted into the production branch. Modelling standard adopted by the feature team. CodLad engineers stepped down after handover, not after a cliff-edge.

A scoping call is thirty minutes. Bring a protocol, a TLF list, or a model that needs hands.
