What we collect

If you use the contact form we collect your name, work email, company, the nature of your request, and the message. If you email or call us, we keep the correspondence needed to reply. Server logs may include IP address, browser, and the pages requested.

Why

We process this data to respond to enquiries, to enter or perform a contract for services, and — where we rely on legitimate interests — to keep the site secure and understand which pages are used. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising networks.

How long

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a contract or legal hold requires longer. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.

Sharing

Hosting, email and professional advisers may process data on our instructions. We do not pass enquiry data to brokers. If you apply for a role, we share your CV only with the people deciding the hire.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland. Write to info@codlad.com.
