CodLad’s founder received the Diversity in Tech Awards Data Scientist Award in 2022 — a marker we still take as a quality bar, not a museum piece.
In 2022, Yen Phan, CodLad’s founder and senior clinical data scientist, received the Data Scientist Award at the Diversity in Tech Awards.
The award recognised applied work in clinical data science rather than a product launch. We keep it on the site because it is true, dated, and ours — not because it is the whole story of the studio.
The work since has been quieter: studies delivered, models shipped, people hired. That is the point of a studio.
